ABTEC Gets Ready To Ship DD-Z15-D2 To One Lucky Customer!
Its not very often that a DD Audio Z Series gets brought here in little old New Zealand, what is even more rare is a customer that will happily let me open the box so we could take a photos of it!

Today here at ABTEC is a very exciting day, not only have we sold a DD-Z15-D2 but the owner was kind enough to let me unpack it to share to the world on facebook! Even though the Z15 isn’t mine I had that same familiar feeling of being a 5 year old on his birthday unwrapping the Tonka Truck Granddad gave me that I got when unwrapping the Z18!

This time round the Z didn’t bite me, CLICK HERE to read about the Z18 biting me if you want a laugh at my expense. There is something majestic about the Z Series sub-woofers that for some reason I can’t put my finger on, is it carbon dust caps, the motor that looks like it would belong on a nuclear missile or just the fact that it screams perfection?

What ever it is, the Z just stands above all others in looks, weight and most of all sound! I spent a good two to three months daily driving a Z around and I can tell you now the new owner (You know who you are) of the Z15 is going to have a grin from ear-to-ear when he finally has it running in his car.

I better not make this into a novel as I could write about the Z series all day and I would if I had the time too! I’ll end this with a massive THANK YOU to the NEW Z15 owner for allowing me the honour of unwrapping it so Ashley can take photos and I can’t wait to hear this once its all run in!
I bet you all that the new owner just can’t wait to terrorize the streets of Auckland with New Zealands first Z15 too!
